Curious about hybrid published books? Join me at 2pm ET tomorrow

Tomorrow (Tuesday 12 November) at 2pm ET, I’ll be sharing data about the 93 authors in the 2024 Business Book ROI Study who had hybrid publishers. Register for the free LinkedIn Live session here.

I’ll be joined by Naren Aryal, CEO and founder of the hybrid publisher Amplify Publishing. Amplify has published one of my books, two books I ghostwrote, and several books I edited; they’re a quality partner.

Hybrid publishing is publishing model in which authors pay for a professional publishing job with a publisher like Amplify. Hybrid published authors can publish faster, and have access to the quality book production and distribution that traditional authors get. Unlike self-publishing — which is quick but requires a lot more effort on the part of the author to produce a lower-quality product — hybrid publishing generates many of the same reputation and financial benefits as traditional publishing.

What you’ll learn

At Naren’s request, I dug deeper into the data to answer questions like:

  • How do hybrid-published authors differ from traditionally published authors?
  • How many hybrid-published authors generate a profit from their books?
  • What services do they need to pay for, and do they spend more than traditionally published authors?
  • How do they generate revenue from their books?
  • How do traditional, hybrid, and self-publishing compare as publishing alternatives.

I look forward to connecting with you tomorrow.
