About using AI: is it really this simple?

Here it is in a nutshell.
Use AI do to tedious crap you’d rather not do yourself.
Check everything it comes up with. Trust nothing.
Use your own judgment to make decisions. It helps, but it can’t replace you. The smarter you are, the more you can use it to help — and the more it can’t replace you.
Is it really this simple?
Of course not.
But it’s a plain-English interface. So it’s pretty easy to experiment with. If you’re not sure it can do something, give it a try.
Getting really productive with AI is a task that keeps changing. But the fundamentals remain the same:
Delegate tedious work.
Check the results.
Use your judgment.
And what if “tedious work” includes writing a term paper? Doing your math homework? Writing your wedding vows?
I don’t think that it can be said enough to “Use your judgement!”. I’ve seen too many people rely on it to answer and “fix” everything. It’s kind of scary, tbh.
